Swedish Massage
This refreshing massage relieves stress and tension aches for pure relaxation and rejuvenation. Light to medium pressure is applied in long, even strokes. At least 60 minutes is recommended. Swedish massage has been shown to improve function in people with osteoarthritis over an 8-week period.

Deep Tissue
Focus is on removing “knots” and stretching muscles by using specialized techniques to address deeper layers of muscle. Any chronic issues (trigger points, knots, etc.) will be the focus of this session. It is recommended for individuals who are experiencing consistent pain, involved in heavy physical activity (such as construction workers), and have sustained physical injury.

Sports Massage
Whether it’s before an event (run, game, match, etc.), post-event, or for general maintenance, this massage focuses on the needs of the athlete. Often this session is beneficial in maintaining the structural integrity of the athletic physique as it applies to the sport / activity. (For runners, this might include focus on the low back, hip flexors, and balance / integrity of connective tissues from hip to toe.) Range of motion, pliability and balance are often assessed and worked into a wellness plan.

Medical Massage

Individually designed with a primary focus of pain alleviation in mind.  This treatment is often done in a shorter period of time over the course of several consecutive weeks to help with rehabilitation time and eliminate problems

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the combination of massage with essential oils extracted from various plants for the purpose of altering mind, mood, or health. Essential oils are volatile, highly concentrated plant extracts derived from leaves, bark, roots and flowers.

Couples Massage
Experience a relaxing massage with your spouse, partner or friend. The two of you will receive treatments side by side in a calming, peaceful environment. Please call 314-932-5843 to schedule a Couples Massage appointment. Couples Massage is offered at the South Campus on Big Bend Blvd only.

Prenatal
This massage focuses on the needs of mom as her body adapts to the changes during pregnancy. Clients will benefit from the physical and emotional relaxation that occurs during this session. Lowered anxiety and decreased pain during labor are just two of the benefits of prenatal massage.

Stone Massage
Uses handpicked volcanic basalt warmed stones to apply pressure and heat to the body promoting relaxation and easing tension. Hot stones are often recommended to allow the therapist to more easily perform deep tissue manipulations. Very good for alleviating aches and stiffness.

Sugar Scrubs
100% Home-made organic recipes here in St Louis, mixtures of Shea butter, Coconut Oil, and brown sugar are designed to hydrate and exfoliate as well as help heal rough skin.

JaBaahli
This Two-hour treatment is a combination of the ancient Balinese and Javanese massage art forms. Acupressure, reflexology, and soothing aromatherapy oils are used with complete and total mental and muscular relaxation in mind.  Warm stones are used with uninterrupted and continuous effleurage is used to make muscles feel as fluid as the sea.

Finishing up is a lavishing scalp oil treatment with rosemary, lavender, and chamomile due to their long-lasting soothing properties.
